Our cuisine is traditional, made with genuine and healthy ingredients, most of which are produced by ourselves in the chalet.
You will enjoy our fresh drawn milk, still hot ricotta cheese and the chalet’s butter with its strong taste, homemade jams and freshly baked bread. not to mention creamy yogurt, so intense and unique.
Also our meat and cured meats, the honey produced by our bees, potatoes and other vegetables grown in our garden in the nearby village.
When the weather is fine, you can eat on the panoramic patio, over-looking the peaks of Adamello and Presanella, the Ortles Group and Cevedale.
It is also possible, by reservation, to have a candlelit dinner in the old chalet, in a unique and welcoming ambiance.
